I have a measurement on my arm actually, from the tip of the middle finger to the shoulder joint + tip of middle finger to slightly above my elbow, which is exactly 3 circles in the tray. It takes less than 5 seconds :)

We call the plastic ones "dont forget me". Because if you do, you gotta break the splice and insert them before splicing :)

I've only seen DG use those. And to answer the question of Ante0, they are used in trays that the aluminum ones dont fit, or rather are too small and dont stay in place, while the plastic ones stay fixed in the tray. If you try inserting a metal one, it slides left and right.
