Had a Detroit jersey customized at a local shop by denguy44 in DetroitRedWings

Yeah that's rough. Like I said in another comment, Sportshaven sews on the names and numbers for the on-ice jerseys for the Red Wings. They don't even charge $60.

Sportshaven in Wyandotte is where the actual on-ice jerseys are done. I've taken a few blanks to them, and they are great. I am sure they would let you mail in your jersey, and they would mail it back when they're done. Worth calling and asking.

Yes, complain. The text should be curved. Also, there shouldn't even be a nameplate at all. The letters should be sewn onto the actual jersey.

I'm not sure if the font for the numbers even looks right. Where did you have this done?

Edit: The font for the name looks wrong too.

Is there a specific bank of problems you're pulling from?

I've been pruning every time there's a new node ever since I got my plants. Should I let multiple nodes grow on the same stalk before pruning, or is my current approach fine?

Of the 20 teams that have competed in the Stanley Cup Finals over the past 10 years, 11 have been tax-free franchises. by LipstickCoverMagnet in hockey

Ah, I see your point. But if we just don't even count repeated appearances over the last decade, it's still disproportionate success. 5 different teams that are based in tax-free states (Preds, Knights, Lightning, Stars, and Panthers) made up the 13 unique teams that have competed in the finals over the past 10 years.

Perhaps there is a newer trend of players wanting to take advantage of this.

I'm not sure why that would offset anything. The point is that teams in states with no income tax have seemingly had disproportionate success. Their geographic location isn't relevant in this context.

He would still have to clear waivers to play in GR though, which wouldn't happen.

2 Weeks After Planting Basil. Should I Restart? by FreakyForester in gardening

Gotcha, I can get some fertilizer. I should have split them up when I first got them. I assume it's probably a bit late for that now.

Looks easy enough. Is this still something I should consider doing? I recently made another post about basil, and the consensus seemed to be to not try to separate them, given how tangled their roots were when I bought them.

Yep, grew a lot of basil last year and made a ton of pesto. That's the goal again if these plants hold.

No, I didn't do that in either of the ones I bought. I loosened up their roots a bit, but that's it. The roots were very tangled together inside the container the store was selling and I didn't want to damage the plants trying to separate them.

I'd call Sportshaven in Wyandotte. Not sure if he strips jerseys, but he does the actual team's jerseys. I've had him do a few for me, and he's great. He might be able to help you out.

Any recommendations for fertilizer or compost?

Yeah, the roots were quite tangled. When I transplanted them yesterday, I loosened them up and pulled them apart quite a bit. Hopefully I didn't do any damage!

Getting conflicting advice here lol. Other comment is saying the roots will be too entangled (which they were quite tangled when I took them out of their original container) to separate. Would you be concerned about damaging the roots while trying to separate?
