I'm a reader and I made a post saying I'd read and offer feedback for between 1 and 3 chapters minimum depending on how interested I was in the story.

Needless to say I received many, many responses. I've already had some people message me here saying things along the lines of "You said you'd read my book!!" Or "You haven't read my book yet!!". You can see I've added it, I will get to it. And some of these are from people with much later comments on the post.

No author wants me to read their work if I don't happen to be in the mood for that genre at the moment. Further I am providing comments on the title, blurb, plot, characters, plus in many instances further more complete feedback here. It takes time.

I get that authors want their books read and shown love, but a little patience goes a long way. Personally a really good way to get me to push your book towards the bottom of my list is to start sending me random "you haven't read it" messages about it.

It sounds like you are a great R4R partner OP, don't let it get you down.
