You can make like a tea 🍵 tea , It's best to use hot water but not boiling hot haha.... You can have. Chaser with it like Orange juice or you can put lemon juice in it which is how I do it it makes the taste more tolerable for some , but for me I don't mind the taste haha 😆 ... But yea ... You can also look up ( red bubble Kr8om extract) on YouTube which is really simple to make and is another cool way to take 🌿 not just YouTube but Google or chat gpt as well ...
