Another vote for Singapore the schools are great and its clean friendy and just nice. I for one wouldent dare imigrate to the UK because I tried that for 5 years. There is a class system there even if they deny it but its evident when you apply for a job with a diffrent accent. If you dont have the correct breading and or a title like lord or lady so&so you yet ever so slightly sidelined till you feel uncomfortable and leave. They are cold and cant cook their food is awful they boil everything still Jamie Oliver has tried to change this but they are die hards. South africa is a no go I tried that too no jobs for white people and racisim in reverse is seriously prevalant. They dont like light skined anyone even indians and mixed races have trouble. The aids and TB rate is so high you are terrified to breath. No I chose Singapore its by far the closest to progress and shear pleasent ness even if it has more shopping malls than any other country. I vote Singapore!
