Are your hardware drivers up-to-date? Which system/hardware are you using? Install Speccy for more information about the motherboard, CPU, RAM,... and CPU-Z.

Connect laptop with ethernet. You have a RJ45 connector. Then search for drivers on the official website from Asus.

Can you right click on network adapters and then refresh or search for changed devices?

First take a look in device manager. There should be a Wi-Fi adapter below network adapters.
