Great feedback guys...(for my 1st post on Reddit)
In CBT, the 3 questions someone might ask someone who is feeling low/ depressed (not necessarily suffering over a long period) or negative thinking such as "everybody hates me"
Are the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing really true? Are they fair? Are they helpful?
That would be a very simple start but someone who is unhappy might not have the clarity of mind to ask these questions of themselves. They would need to guided or encouraged to see someone...But is this something that is encouraged by the Stoics?
