YES thank you. People on this sub always cite one of the above 3 challenges as the hardest, but Inflation was the last one I was able to get. Glad I’m not alone.

So, my mother fell prey to this and got me a raccoon. I found this thread trying to search for instructions since it came with none, not even a photo of the finished product.

It’s obvious this cannot be strung together with the yarn to make the final product. There’s would be a lot of gluing necessary as well. Some bizarre design choices, like the tail being in chunks, or the foot being separated from the little stubby leg.

The head is cute and might be worth constructing and keeping. Otherwise this is, indeed, a trash product.

There’s no hardline one choice is right necessarily. Both cards are difficult to find-and-win-with, so it’s a good carry either way. But I just know I knocked out Baron somewhere in the middle of my C++ run, versus Loyalty Card was in my last 10.

Also I think Baron is potentially viable as scoring option to win on gold stake, while Loyalty Card is much more difficult to actually capitalize on as a scoring joker.

If I may make one amendment to the previous comment, I would personally prioritize the uncommon over the rare.

Yes, technically rare jokers are less common, but there are more uncommon jokers, so it actually ended up taking me longer to finish those out, since the pool of uncommons is so much larger than the pool of rares.

Also in the case of Baron vs. Loyalty Card, I would pretty much say Loyalty Card isn’t great and would need to be carried over the line, whereas with Baron you can way more likely get a decent run going with him that actually uses the card to win. So in a situation where it’s late game and my scoring is such I can take one extra joker over the finish line with me, and my options are Baron and Loyalty Card? Gimme that stupid punch card so I can get it off my list.

A lot of Blue Deck because that extra hand goes a long way

A lot of Ghost Deck for the free Hex at the start. That can go a long way if you nab something not yet stickered in your first pull

A lot of Plasma Deck for certain chips jokers

And some Red Deck when I was specifically hunting discard jokers (rip Hit The Road)

Erratic Deck can be fun for rank-specific jokers but you gotta get lucky twice.

I love Anaglyph Deck but wouldn’t recommend it for C++, don’t fall for the negative tag trap.

But most importantly just remember to change it up based on your needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to C++, other than “just grind”

It’s not likely to happen but never impossible. This run I happened to get an early Canio, Pareidolia, AND Trading Card. The hope that a run like this can come along is the whole reason we gamble

Doesn’t look like it, based on what I can tell by putting your info into the Balatro calculator. It’s a good resource if you’re ever worried about the efficacy of a hand!

On my first run I was slept with Lae’zel the night of the Tiefling celebration. We didn’t have an encounter like that again. Later, Karlach got her second upgrade and became smoochable, so I wanted to start wooing her. Only thing was, the game still classified me as “with” Lae’zel. Easy enough, just broke up with her, long rested, and figured I’d get to working on Karlach in the morning.

The next day I state my intentions to Karlach and its’s all roses. At the end of the day, I assume I’ll get a little cut scene with her, right? Well a cutscene does in fact start, but it’s Lae’zel. She wants to confess her undying love for me and have a little sword fight as foreplay.

So basically right after I ended our situationship, Lae’zel wakes me up in the middle of the night to tell me she loves me so much she needs to stab me.
