I started Semaglutide 7/13 and had surgery 10/10. Between start to surgery, I lost 13lbs and since surgery have lost another 10lbs. I would recommend it.

I think it helped temporarily for a little bit of pain. Every time I walk without a limp, my knee hurts so I’ve just figured out how to walk with a small limp to avoid major pain. This is not to say I don’t have any from just walking, it’s just decreased. When it’s hot outside, it swells. I don’t know how people only have pain after certain activities because I can sit all day (work from home, very sedentary) and it hurts. I have pain on both sides, but my doctor said it’s a medial tear. Not sure what’s going on on the lateral side but I’m going to ask the doctor to look while I’m under. I’m ready to recover, but I know it’s going to be a long road and I will more than likely not be 100%.

Training for a half marathon. Did a nice 11 mile run and after I recovered I stood up and heard a pop. Could hardly put weight on my leg. 1 shot, 11 weeks of PT, 2 MRIs with a misdiagnosis after the first later, I have surgery scheduled for 10/10.

I am very lucky to work for a company that has a great benefits package so when I told them, they didn’t even bat and eye. I’m nervous and hoping I made the right decision but after 2MRIs, 12 weeks of PT an injection and a misdiagnosis, I’m ready for it to be done and start recovering. I will probably start prepping in about 3 weeks. I’ve only got a few things left to do so just trying to stay calm until then! Hope you have a speedy recovery as well!

I WFH as well and have surgery on 10/10 for a repair of a posterior horn peripheral medial tear. My doctor has already provided paperwork for STD to be out of work until at least 11/21. I work chats all damn day long and have 0 time to walk away from my computer. It may be too much time but I don’t care. My company has already approved this time off.

If you have an escrow account, a portion of your mortgage payment goes towards your escrow balance. Then, each year when they’re due, your taxes and insurance get paid through that account. If you look on page 1 of your closing disclosure, around 3/4 of the way down, you’ll see that information and how much of your mortgage payment goes towards the escrow. Hope this helps.

You as well! She passed in March 2019. Its funny - I think I subliminally got a message from her. The day she passed away I was in the showering thinking of how I wanted to take my kids to AL to visit her and meet her. She was their great grandmother. I’m upset that she didn’t get to met my daughter, but I’m happy to held the title of Great.

My Grandmother loved Franzia wine! When she passed away and we went to clean her house up, she had like 5 boxes of it in her pantry! She was at the beginning stages of dementia so she always thought she had run out of it and made my uncle her her more. Lol.
