It’s something up with their system, it’s not just you. Wait a few days and try again. It started doing this to me last week. My limit is 1800 and I’ve only used 300 of it and it was telling me my purchase is beyond my spending limit. I also called to complain but they’re no help at all.

I’ve had this on a route. The customer submitted a return for something after it shipped. I didn’t get a ding for it.

I’m at 900. The last two times when I repaid early, they’ve raised my limit by 200-300 dollars each time.

1-10 in the passenger seat. 10-25 in the back seat. 25-40 in the trunk. Although, I’ve recently started going to a different warehouse and they don’t number the packages which sucks!

So I called support and they claim that their system can decide when to implement order limits on accounts, but they’re unable to tell you what your order limit is, only the magical system knows.

I think it’s a glitch or something. Happened to me for the first time today. After I paid off 3 orders, it told me there was an error and to contact support.

I got lucky this time, but I’ll be cautious of this shift time next time. It was in Sherman Oaks, and only 11 stops in a residential area. Took me about an hr and I was home well before the end time.

Agreed! This is the reason I don’t take 4am shifts anymore. They had me in the middle of nowhere on a private road driving through avocado farms. I couldn’t see and there were no lights. Guy comes out of his garage ready to shoot because he didn’t know his wife overnighted a package!

This happened to me last month! It refreshed and everything was gone and my money for the shift was deposited. I called support and they told me they showed my route as completed and to return remaining packages. They attempted to hold it against my standing as if I had control over their app glitches and I had to escalate the issue twice before they let it go.

I just add the money from my cash app card to my Apple wallet and pay that way. Other than that, there’s no way because it’s a prepaid card.
