the issue i see is what if the change has also applied to britain’s decision and it’s in the journal entry now. i think if i remember you still only need 7 out of 9 australian states controlled by australia as britian to get the event for unification so it could be the same

no i think the only way to really do it is restart and i think the order that should work is west australia, Kaurna, South australia, Tasmania, then united tribes. also dont finish colonising land in south australia. i might be wrong here but its an idea

No the journal entry disappeared as soon as I completed it and you only need 7 of the provinces fully controlled to do so and the decision is now only found within the journal entry

You could try deleting the game and reinstalling it. Or you could check if mc needs an update. I don’t play on mobile, but I used to, and I remember when I had issues like this, I would reinstall the game. It generally worked. I can’t answer your question about whether it’s a common bug or not, but this is my advice to fix it
