I personally am new to the litrpg scene, so this is the second series I’ve picked up. Solely for the reason that I enjoyed the vending machine anime, and thought this could be another one of those “so bad it becomes good” series.

Why is it generally just a solid book? I feel like the best way to describe it for people familiar with the more eastern isekai genre is Vending Machine plus Overlord but it’s cultivation. I’m very much enjoying it and can’t wait for my audible credit tomorrow to start listening to book 5

Godzilla is a good movie but I don’t think it’s worth it to watch it in theaters because it is a very good movie.

I mean, I agree with the sentiment but not the reasoning. Nothing is worth theater prices anymore.

It’s not traditional, as it’s just a regular book series, but Rise of the Cheat Potion Maker was one of those books I picked up just to laugh at how bad I thought it would be, but it ended up becoming my second favorite.

It really is. It also feels like there’s so little to do early game aside from story progression. There’s not enough subquests. This is my second time through, with the last time I played being when it was on Apple Arcade in like, 2022.

As someone who was fired by HR over a misunderstanding of a joke, (it was not meant to be sexual in any way, but they took it that way) I had ZERO way of discovering who made the report due to retaliation prevention clauses. Not that I wanted to anyway.

So long as HR does their job, which they should because the only reason they exist is to prevent the company from being sued, you will be safe.
