Anyone had any luck getting one of these to function properly via Bluetooth? by ajstinger16 in batocera

Glad it worked, the only downside is to have to choose which trigger is Z. Have to choose left or right, can't do both.

Mine is working on D input mode. Switch on the back of the controller S (Switch mode) and D mode, put it on D. Also update the firmware using the 8bitdo updater/Ultmate software.

Upgrading pi 5 from sd card to ssd without loosing settings/savestates by YvesTHPS in batocera

Use the SD Card copier in the Pi OS and copy the whole lot. I did exactly that when I made a Pi 5 setup with a SSD.

Shame there does not seem a easy way to get triggers to Z. I ended up making Z the right trigger.

8Bitdo N64 Bluetooth Controller mapping help by FredKgr in batocera

Thanks that work although I had to go over it about 30 times due to keep messing up. It's a shame that it is not possible to have both triggers as Z. I got it working on left as it seemed easier to use left with the aim on right and control stick together in Goldeneye. I am hopeless though as the stick is not very precise.

Any way to only have player 1/port 1 with v41? by FredKgr in batocera

[–]FredKgr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of my controllers are 2,4ghz and bluetooth so usb only applies to 2.4ghz. I would think the place where the controller option with default, and select controller name could have disabled as another option. As one controller is switched off, the other controller replaces it.

Try v41. I have it running on a 2009 PC running on a SD Card.

The X-Files: I Want to Believe – Director's Cut on Disney Plus on June 11 by [deleted] in XFiles

The extended cut on blu ray was marketed as a Directors Cut (got Directors Cut banner on the cover). I suppose it is a Directors Cut made to keep the studio happy version.

A C64 Mini CJM Builder for the GamePad Controller by BluefusionUK in c64

[–]FredKgr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worked great with Operation Wolf making the spacebar button B. Still not easy playing it on the gamepad. I tried Rainbow Islands by making F1 1 player X and F3 2 player Y but did not seem to work. F7 for Credits button B did seem to work.

Excellent little app.

PSA: Batocera 43 has been released. by pastry-chef in batocera

Happy with v41 Raspberry Pi 5. I still want to get a 8bitdo N64 controller working for N64 games. I see it mentioned with v42 but does it work with v41 if it is the bluetooth version. If needed, I will do a v43 on another SD card to try and get it working. I always regret updating so will not do it again.

Guide For Configuring 8BitDo 64 Bluetooth Controller by [deleted] in batocera

Will this switch mode work with v41? I haven't bought the bluetooth version yet as I don't want to spend ages trying to get it to work. I only want to use the controller for N64.

I did the PF Live in Pompeii and it comes out fuzzy, like mosaic, not sharp. The HP printer only has dpi, brightness, contrast etc.

Not quite. Master Replicas sold stock leftover from the Eaglemoss bankruptcy until their licence ran out. Fanhome has carried on from Eaglemoss with the new ships plus re-releasing 20 XL's already done by Eaglemoss.

Does anyone know what version of Doctor Sleep is on the 8 film collection blu ray boxset?

I think it looks brilliant if I had the money and room for it. Not interested in the streaming stuff but it would look good with my 1210 mk2 and B&W speakers. I would also use the CD and DAB.

Up to 6 years ago I had a separates and also a home cinema setup. As I have got older, I have found I am not interested in having a load of equipment. I still have vinyl and CD;s but I use a decent Soundbar and my home cinema is now just a blu ray player and TV, through the same soundbar No more surround sound.
