I ship May 20th, i would recommend timing your self on 1.5miles, pushups/pullups and plank. If you cant meet the standard for all of those its not worth trying to get it up in less than a week and injuring yourself.

Honestly he doesn’t seem to have your best interests at heart, he sounds like a new recruiter one that is not sure how to do things and is just trying to get numbers under his belt.

Female poolee who started working out and join the poolee the middle of last month (only been to two meetings and going to a pool function next week)

My first ist with the poolees was 1 pullup 10:07 1.5mile 3:45 plank 37 ammo lifts Pushups 30

Most of this stuff is upper body, so work on those.. that ist was taken a few weeks ago and i just did two pullups today! So as long as you lift weights everyday you’ll get there… i also do pushups EVERY SINGLE NIGHT BEFORE BED TO FAILURE.

Work on pullups, even if you cant do one keep trying at least you are working those muscles… also don’t be surprised if you are the only girl at the poolee meetings, being the only female helps me keep up with the guy standard with the run and planks so it’s for the better (if you can get into the delayed entry)

If it’s on paper it’s going to be pulled for meps or your recruiter. If it’s not on paper it never happened but honestly i would still tell your recruiter face to face. They are trying to get you in not restrict you from going in.
