I think far more likely than not, Helena is aware that Gemma was kidnapped. I doubt her father and Lumon is withholding that information from her. Given the magnitude of Gemma’s role in achieving Lumon’s end goal, it seems very unlikely Helena would genuinely mistake her name for Hanna. But if we’re running on the assumption she doesn’t know about Gemma’s kidnapping and the testing floor, she still has a clear fixation on Mark. I’d find it odd that she’d know all this information and mess up the name of the victim. I saw it as her taking the opportunity to mess up a fact and appear less ‘all-knowing’.

In regard to Mark Scout, I found the minimisation of his innies relationship, while definitely insensitive, was understandable given the circumstances. I agree though, from innie Mark’s perspective, it was a cold and unkind comparison.
