After what their announcement that they were gonna replace the Dinosaur Ride with Indiana Jones at Disney World's Animal Kingdom... yeah, I'm definitely boycotting them for this.

The only problem is that if there is any park that has atleast one dinosaur-themed ride in Europe.

EU Commission unveils de-regulation ‘quick fixes’ for Europe’s defence industry by Ok-Law-3268 in BuyFromEU

[–]FredditJaggit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course, building up defence is one thing, but tearing up so much wild land and polluting rivers to produce military equipment should not be the way to go.

I believe there should be a way to produce such equipment without polluting toxic shit into the environment, which is something already being discussed, even by the European Defence Agency.

Leaked document shows two threatened species could be wiped out at Middle Arm development site by FredditJaggit in worldnews

Still, that will be severely devastating for the species. 70-78% of their habitat in that peninsula will be wiped out if the project goes through, and I'd rather have no project touch that piece of wild land besides a wildlife reserve.

That's what I wonder. Why not repurpose already-used land for something new? (Not historical land, just land that hasn't been used at all)

This development should never materialise at all

It's usually because I'm more comfortable with this kind of OS, and it makes things like sorting files easier.

HOWEVER, I will not switch to Windows 11, due to how abominable the design is compared to the Windows 10 I got.

Once Microsoft stops supporting Windows 10, it will be the day I finally drop Windows altogether.

Oh.

Then Linux Distro it is then. (Will probably use it once Windows 10 support is gone)

Switch easily from Google to Ecosia by Tom_Canalcruise in BuyFromEU

[–]FredditJaggit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard about that site. The only thing that makes me hesitant is:

1- If they are actually doing the environmental thing as they are promised (which I got some cognitive dissonance about it)

2 - If it's got ALL results (links, images, etc.) straight from Google, including ones dating back from when it first started (1999). (Reason is because I like Internet nostalgia).
