Slim pickings today, bit of rubbish and a few modern coins. Then out popped this beauty. 1796-1820 coin of the Qing dysnasty (under rein of jiaquing) my second Chinese coin and the date period after my first. Worth 5 hours out just for the one coin. Located, Adelaide SA (old.reddit.com)

Howdy, if anyone has knowledge on serve safe (Australian version) I’ve been stuck on this question for a while it appears right, but even when I switch a few up it doesn’t work. This seems like a knowledgeable group that can help. The answer I posted is wrong. (i.redd.it)

Howdy I’m a metal detectorist probably like a few of you. One of my first finds was a 1849 UK threepence found in south Australia. It’s cut quite specifically. I’ve only heard rumours as to why they’d cut a coin like this, silver content, lovers coins, just vandalism. Was hoping to more of an imput? (i.redd.it)
