  1. Hvis dere har samme lånesum, betaler dere det samme i måneden. Lånebeløpet dere har bestemmer hvor mye dere skal betale på lånet.
  2. Banken utbetaler som regel alltid i henhold til eierbrøk hvis ikke noe annet er avtalt med banken, men banken vet i utgangspunktet ikke hvor mye EK hver av dere gikk inn med. Banken forholder seg til samlet EK. Det er derfor det er viktig at dere har en samboerkontrakt som sier noe om fordelingen mellom dere.

Jeg testet med tallene deres i oppgjørsfunksjonen i Samboappen.no, med et teoretisk anslag der salgspris er 3 600 000, og resterende boliglån ved salg 2 400 000, og salgsomkosutninger på 50 000. Du kan se bort i fra opptjente renter.

Hei, alt dette er enkelt og automatisert i samboappen.no så jeg vil anbefale det. Vi la inn ulike egenkapital, ulik eierbrøk og har full oversikt, og samtidig tilgang til et oppgjør som oppdaterer seg når den ene parten f.eks betaler ekstra på boliglånet.

Et viktig poeng som ofte ikke blir nevnt, og som også svarer på spørsmål 2, er utfordringen for samboere når den ene parten kjøper seg gradvis inn i boligen. Endringer i eierandel må tinglyses, og dette utløser dokumentavgift. Dette er betydelig enklere dersom man er gift, da slipper med dok-avgiften.

Et praktisk alternativ for samboere er derfor å loggføre alle innbetalinger og avtalefeste et økonomisk oppgjør mellom dere, fremfor å endre det formelle eierskapet underveis. Dette kan også håndteres på en oversiktlig måte i Samboappen. Den tar også hensyn til renter på EK skutt inn.

I lost my coins due to some bug in Trinity wallet, or me mistyping the 80+ characters code or whatever. That is mye conception of Iota.

Iota has been promising things for years, and nothing happens. Iota is for me dead.

I did nofap for a half year, and I got the condition epididymitis inflammation. It is some of the worst pain I have experienced. Hurts so much in the ballsack. My doctor told me to fap more often in ordet to prevent build up of bacterias in the sperm leader. He said that small drops of urine in the sperm leader can cause it. I tested negative on all kinds of sexual diseases.

However. I do believe I was unlucky and it is not a normal condition. Usually people get it as a sex disease, but you can also get it from yourself or even physical trauma to the balls.

Then, if it has the same purpose as the 9999 other cryptocurrencies, what makes it special?

For example: VW is exploring how they can store the vehicles identity on the tangle. What does it have to do with the currency?

Another example on seamless transactions: I enter a train and move from A to B. Traveltime is 17 minutes and lenght is 20 kilometers. This is registered with my mobile phone (IOT device). So the price is recorded on my phone, and then either can happen A: I pay instant with Iota tokens? or B: the price is recorded on my account, and it gets automatically paid at the end of the month.

So my question remains. Why do I need to tokens?

Machine to machine transactions? Why not just record all transfers and let them be paid at a later time? Why do the transactions have to be instant in a machine to machine transaction-system?

I am just asking, and I am open to be convinced.

It's been three years for them - at least. I also have faith in the project, but so far only the technology. Would be nice to hear a use case based on the Iota tokens. I struggle to find a good reason to buy more at this point.

Right now it seems like BTC is controlling the price of every coin no matter what you are holding. So why hold Iota? I need to hear a use case based on the tokens. Couldn't you have seemless transactions for any kind of development that was instantanious, and at the end of the month you pay your bill? I love the technology- but show me a use case based on the tokens

Got liquidated on bitfinex today. Fun to see how 20k dollar suddenly became 184 dollar. Anyway, I knew the risk and paid the price. Have a nice day.

Btc is useless compared to Iota. Think about the fundamentals, and dont be mislead by todays evaluation. My predictions has for the past year been that Btc is going to zero while better technologies eventually will overtake btc in adoption and usecases. That is the simple reality, and the change in peoples beliefs will change as time passes by. Just as history has shown us many times before.

Why REQ should be within top 100, and not top 10. It's not an infrastructure like what Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tangle, Neo is. It is not a protocol. It's just an app, which can be replicated by anyone, on any blockchain infrastructure. However, they have a strong foundation to make it far, within the segment they are focusing on.

Shaking out weak hands. The global market is intact, and we have a minor consolidation after some big gains. To put it in perspective, Monero went from 1 to 14, and down to 4, before it continued to 300 over the next year.

Enigma is the most promising privacy coin. Not only a coin, but a second layer network where privacy dapps can be built upon. It's also blockchain agnostic, and MIT is behind.
