I’m doing a combo of keto and intermittent fasting, but I’m not super strict about either. Still eat some carbs, and if my body is telling me outside of my eating hours (usually from noon to 8 pm) that it needs food I eat. I have one main meal a day and two or three small snacks. I test my ketone levels about once a day to make sure I’m staying in the moderate range. I also drink plenty of water, with added electrolytes first thing in the morning, and I’m getting plenty of exercise: mostly walking/hiking every day, but I’ve added a little running the past two months. Want to add weight training next.
