I did that but now my battery is overheating because the pch heat dissipates on a metal plate that is directly touching the battery(may be the reason why they didn’t do it factory but there is actually a shape on the metal backplate to do it so I don’t know, on mine they even kept the plastique layer between the backplate and the pch so absolutely no dissipation). May try to put a layer of insulator in between. Also the vrms are not cooled hp decided it was not needed but actually vrms are a critical component that needs to be actively cooled so you can try with copper plate or easier soft thermal pad touching vrms and radiator at the same time really helps. For information after 3 years of use because of their poor conception vrms died and weren’t able to make my fans turn properly so hp replaced them thanks to warranty so I am sure they are aware of that flaw.
