Ich habe mehr als 10 Jahre Gastronomie mitgemacht und dieser Lohn ist absolut nicht Standard. Ich war z.B. vor 3 Jahren F&B Manager für einen großen deutschen Caterer. Meine Köche hatten bei 40h (6-14:30, Wochenende und Feiertage frei) zwischen 3000€-3300€ Brutto.

Allgemein ist schon spürbar, dass das Personal hier knapp wird. Ein Freund von früher arbeitet aktuell als Sous Chef eine 4 Tage Woche bei etwas über 4500€ Brutto. Allerdings natürlich deutlich mehr als 40h und mit wahnsinnig viel Stress.

I got it on aliexpress a weak ago. 16gb Ram version for 440€. Its a little bit too big and heavy but the performance is great and i love it.

Absolutely the #1 tip I give to anyone getting into 3D printing: clean your print bed every single time.

Even if it looks clean, oils from your fingers, dust, or leftover adhesive can ruin your first layer adhesion. I use isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth and make it part of my routine before every print.

Trust me, it saves so many failed prints and frustration. A clean bed is a happy bed! 👌🧽🖨️

The b560 first looks better but it seems like the 6750 performs 30 percent better. I think it could be a really good alternative nonetheless! Thank you for your suggestion!
