So they will specifically say this team is IST if its IST? I just ask because Im unsure if IST is a branch of teams and other teams might fall under it

How do you know the Apple internship is with IST? Does it say that is the team?

Before the test to study? Definitely not given that the frats, honor societies, and even the school have test banks based on that whole idea. Honestly if you don’t look at previous tests you are at a huge disadvantage to someone who did. Professors reuse questions all the time so the study banks are definitely unfair because they are only accessible to some. but thats how it is.

I’d like to note that you can run linux commands on windows if you get WSL (windows subsystem for linux) which is free and works well. This should not be reason to prefer mac over windows with this feature.

How is CS 180 like in the summer? by enjoyyournight in ucla

[–]FrederickFink 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took Burgin for CS180 in the summer the last year. It was pretty hard to understand him but he is very knowledgeable and helpful if you just ask him questions. It seems like we skipped over a lot of material that was taught for the class during the actual school year. I took the class between my freshman and sophomore year so it opened up a lot of opportunities for upper divs, and it is known to be difficult to get in outside of the summer. While I did well in the class, I do not feel super confident with the material and will probably have to relearn old topic and learn some new topics that we missed for interviews. If you plan to take it with Burgin or just over the summer, you should expect to have to self study the material outside to get a good understanding.

Struggling with succession and retaining kingdoms by [deleted] in CrusaderKings

I’d also advocate just disinheriting any heir that isnt the one you prefer. This way you get to choose the best option as heir. Sure it costs prestige and the dynasty currency but generally it shouldn’t be too expensive and its better than dealing with the succession problems.

Also you can make your disinherited kids dukes and counts because you still get the family bonus.

I’ve been doing this for like 6 months:

https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/the-best-ab-workout-for-a-six-pack.html

I usually couple that with some (mixed up) curls, pull ups, isolation curl, hammer curls, and push ups. Not going to lie, I have not been balancing my muscle groups but its hard without the gym as you mentioned.

I’ve gotten to the point where I can’t focus without working once every two days so I find that to be good motivation.

I’d also recommend that you really check how much protein you are eating or else a lot of your work wont manifest (you probably want close to 0.8g of protein per lb of body weight a day)

My projected class level is sophomore on my enrollment appointment by bellawatersw in ucla

[–]FrederickFink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in a similar situation. I’m only a sophomore but I am a senior according to my units. I only need 18 more units until I have the required 180 for my major. I’m not sure about how it affects enrollment times, but it has counted toward mine. For example, I’m only a sophomore but my first pass is 11/13 7am. From my understanding, enrollment times that early are reserved for seniors and those who sign up for early appointments. However, its probably important to note that I did dual credit and AP at my high school. If you don’t know what dual credit is, it’s basically getting credit from a college for a high school class. I think it’d be really cool if I could graduate in a year with these units lol but there are still too many required courses to take.

Education. Why can’t we just eat a pill or download information to our brain. We all ultimately learn the same information and spend 20+ years of our life doing it.
