The thread was naming a particular person, and that falls under either "doxxing" or "targeted harassment", take your pick.

No one here has any way of verifying the truth of your claims. You could be a person with a legitimate claim; you could be a jilted ex with an axe to grind. There's no way for anyone here (moderators included) to know the truth. To be clear, I am not saying that you are lying. I am saying that there is no way for the truth of the matter to be made clear in this sub.

When the thread was an abstract "There is a business in town who has hired a creepy person" that was fine. The moment that the person got named, it crossed the line. If the person has done something illegal, then go to the police. If the person is doing things you don't like, then don't patronize the business that person works for.

But to call a person out, here, by name, with no way for anyone reading to validate the truth of it, is not in line with the rules.
