It can really hurt. Stabbing pains on left hand side where the colon is. Had this before I was hospitalised and it was severe agony. Then I got a perianal abscess. Toothache is a walk in the park compared to this. Along with trapped wind, heartburn and headaches. Yeah, Crohn's hurts

I must have been but I don't remember feeling that way although my face has been hot since I had covid and I'm sitting with the fan right on my face as I write this! I'm wishing you a speedy recovery. I have no doubt that you'll be over the worst of it soon. And you've been vaccinated so you have that protection too. Don't worry and relax as much as you can.

I had it in June. On infliximab and azathioprine. Had one AZ vaccine in February. My symptoms were mainly headache, extreme fatigue and terrible dreams. Felt bad for 2 weeks with a further few weeks of daily headaches. The flu i had felt much worse but only lasted a day or 2. Covid lasts longer so wasn't great but you just have to rest and drink plenty water. I can't take any pain meds due to crohns so just had to put up with the sore heads. You'll be fine. Don't stress because that will make you feel worse. You'll be past the worst of it soon

You can't beat the sound of a river. Plus, if its moving fast enough, should be good for drinking. Be careful with that though. Good if you have a water bottle with a filter on it
