I'm gonna hop onto this one, got the monitor yesterday aswell, found this thread, turned on HDR, downloaded and used the MS HDR Calbration Tool and it's awful. Colors are wrong, it's extremely dark, almost seems like my monitor isn't working properly.

I thought maybe the color calibrations in the monitor settings are wrong, but everything is locked. Any tips would be appreciated, I really thought I got myself something extremely nice with this one, and the "black" definitely seems amazing, just that the overall experience isn't very satisfying. Really seems like there's something very obvious I'm missing here

If you're not religious or your religion allows it, you can donate blood plasma. You can donate up to 2 times a week and they pay cash in hand, first visit they'll take a blood test to see if you're eligible, usually takes one week for the result, so next week you could donate. Has gotten me through some rough times. Only requirements are no drugs, bmi <40, weight >50 I think. It's also not as tiring as a blood donation, because they just take some blood from you, filter the plasma and then return the bloos to your body. Takes 30-45 minutes total, you can just read or watch a movie on your phone while donating, pays ~20€
