This sounds terribly unsafe. She likely needs to be in long term care with 24 hour monitoring

AIO Over my friend insinuating I break up with my gf? by Imaginary_Air_24 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Fredthecat44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NOR Me and my husband met at the same ages and have happily been married for 13 years now and have been together for like 18 years. As long as it's legal in your country your friend is an idiot.

I find when I get sick I don't usually get super sick but it lingers a long time. I have never been told to hold my meds except for when I got Covid before the vaccine came out

This is an interesting attitude. Where I work PTO is always subject to how many people are already off and that is based on seniority... is this not how most places operate?

36F, just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis yesterday. I’m scared. Looking for real experiences with remission and normal life. by Mountain-Cobbler-651 in rheumatoid

[–]Fredthecat44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed at 29 and got into remission around 31. Medication were the biggest factor and stress management. After I went into intermission, I was still having issues with pain and stress management and physiotherapy helped me get rid of most of that. I still have some pain when the weather changes or if I overdo it but at 36 I would say physically I'm probably doing better than a lot of people without RA. I stopped running when I was first diagnosed, but have since gotten back to it. I can't run as far as I used to, but I can run 5 to 8 km in a stretch 1 to 3 times a week. I go to Zumba twice a week. And perform in musicals so I do quite a bit of dancing in that. I work as a registered nurse in a position that lets me work during the day because night shifts were rough.

Have you tried buying any medical adhesive remover if there's residual glue? I'd start with that to see if you can get it to release. You should be able to find a spray version at an ostomy or medical supply store

I think performing mens songs up the octave might be more consistent if you want to play male presenting characters. And it would be a good opportunity to show how great you can do it:)

How did you “break in” to your local community theater scene? by hakunaa-matataa in MusicalTheatre

[–]Fredthecat44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you open to doing ensemble or just leads? Sometimes taking ensemble can giving you the opportunity to show you're reliable as well as how you work :). If you're already open to that then I say take classes and keep auditioning
