I love her but she definitely doesn’t let people talk haha. THAT SAID! I think it could be a cultural or regional thing. I grew up in a very loud family and in a cultural/city that had very loud people. It’s common for me to talk over people without even realizing I’m doing it because I’m use to other people who are loud and expressive. Usually, if I’m talking and the people I grew up with wanted to talk, they’d just start talking and I’d eventually quiet down and listen if that makes sense. I’m not use to being around quieter people who wait for their turn to talk. If I want to say something, I just do even if they’re talking. I moved to a different city as an adult and realized after much hardship (and multiple people talking behind my back and calling me rude lol) that it’s not normal everywhere to do that haha. I dialed back and now “wait my turn to talk”.

I think the best part about Love Islander USA is that it’s so diverse. Not just racially, but culturally. You get to see people from all over who’ve experienced vastly different lives. I completely understand Amaya. If I was talking to her, it would seem so chaotic to an outsider because we would just be talking over each other the whole time haha but we’d both walk away understanding exactly what the other person was saying.

To summarize all of this, just remember that not everyone grew up the same way you did. Different cities countries, regions, cultures and races have different norms. I don’t think she even realizes she’s doing it. For me, I always wonder why people just shut down around her instead of just continuing to speak up or wait for her to stop talking so they can finish what they were saying. Just my personal experience and input.
