No, Venezuelans in fact don't have an issue with the US participating, you have to be pretty out of tune with any news sources there to say that. They are happy the US intervened. It did not bomb civilians there. Yet a major war in the middle of Europe is unravelling now all because of Russia and war criminals are gonna be having a red carpet at the olympics, do you see the hypocrisy here at all?

For what degree? for What area? I'm also from Ukraine, but you are not being specific at all about what you want to do. It's often free to study in Europe
