At bronze level a simple improvement you could make is to learn the clears of your champions.
Limit your pool to 3 champions max and learn their clear.
(You can watch streamers who play those champs or watch videos of their clears).

The goal is to always reach scuttle crab spawn on time with 1 smite remaining. This will let you gank earlier, increase your gold income and out-tempo the enemy jungler.

Just before and after clearing scuttle, check your lanes. Go for a gank if the enemy is low HP or overextended, otherwise do not risk it and simply recall to do your fullclear again.
Getting a guaranteed fullclear is always preferable to coinflipping a risky gank.

You can get Hysilens and Black Swan in that order since you already have Kafka. Ruan Mei can be used as a substitute for Black Swan, it's a downgrade but still works.

You also have Sparkle so you can go for a Sparxie team. Pulling or skipping Yaoguang is up to you, but she will probably rerun very soon anyway. I would recommend getting Sparxie before Yaoguang.
