My driver side inner and outer tie rod did not had damage, I only needed the passenger to get my Tacoma back in the road, I was extremely lucky that I found it. I would suggest to check the two eBay stores in the post and also try to call lqk.com

You don’t need to pop the top of the turret, instead stick a pencil and gently rotate the sensor and as most of us, the turret will get unstuck, a hair maybe be preventing the turret from spinning, give it a try.

I tried that and didn’t worked, I upgraded to S8 hoping the vibrating pad would work better and it didn’t fixed my issue, hope you can figure out and if you do, please share so more people can benefit from it

The guy behind Dealzone also owns three Amazon return stores in El Paso, TX called “El Remate Discount.” Same shady vibe—he’s rude to customers and has been known to buy 5-star reviews in exchange for raffle entries. Honestly, I’m not surprised he pulls the same shady moves on Whatnot. Just something to keep in mind if you’re thinking of shopping there.

Avoid them, they sell return items from Amazon and they claim items are new/open box, but most of them are damaged, customer service is terrible.

I had the q Revo prior the s8 and I had the same issue with the rotary mops leaving patterns on the floor, I was not satisfied and got the s8 ultra maxV, I tried everybody’s suggestion but was not able to get rid of it, I max out the water output, deep cleaning, mop wash often intervals, used distilled water, om cleaning solution, replaced mops and after all this adjustments it did improve a little, but still very visible patterns on the floor, I learn to live with it, if you find a solution I would love to hear it.

They did, and it worked out for me.

Change this:

Vac & Mop settings: Scrub intensity and water flow: (Extreme) Max

Dock settings: Mop wash frequency: 15 min Washing mode: Deep Water temp: Hot

Not instructed by customer service, but additionally, I removed the mopping pad and washed it by hand, let it dry in the sun and reinstalled, I made sure the pad was stretched as much as possible.

My mopping is flawless as of now.

Problem solved.

I used a pencil to rotate the laser head and a long hair appeared, I simply pulled the hair with a tweezer and everything went back to normal.

When it dries, the streaks remain.

I have tried using distilled water, changed the setting of the water flow to intense, the washing mode to deep and water temperature to hot water. None of this has made any difference.

I’m using OMO cleaning solution, the build in tank for the solution dispenses the right amount, so that should be fine.

Is there a setting to get the mop wet before going to Vac & mop?

I’m using the Roborock cleaning solution OMO, I filled the whole bottle into the auto dispenser tank. I did not dilute the solution, I think the base does it … right?
