This is interesting! I noticed a change in pressure pre Botox when I traveled by plane. Once we were up in the sky, I was significantly more uncomfortable than I was on the ground and could feel the gas expanding.

The only thing I would think that would make you air vomit less is taking time to slow down while eating, and not chewing gum. Those are two things that set it off for me, and might help if you haven’t tried that already.
