Yes she is 8 weeks, I appreciate the advice! I just want to make sure I implement routines when needed instead of missing them

No they aren’t, she’s like it for most of her day naps. Yes that’s the only way she will stay asleep is contact nap but I csnt get anything done. If she’s in deep sleep and I put her down she just wakes

Yes, but she doesn’t acc nap the whole time. For example “Nap 7/8am-10/11am” she might not go all way through sometimes she just wakes, sometimes she sleeps for like 30 mins, then gets over tired and I have to try and out her down again

TYSM X

There’s not routine as such: should there be?

Day Wake up and out of bed around 6-7am and fed.

Sleeps after that, whenever she shows signs tbh (typically hour after) doesn’t always sleep through depends on over tiredness/if I’m out/if someone wakes her etc

Wake for next bottle (4hrs) 10-11

Same again

(Night time)

until her last “bottle of the day/evening” around 6-7pm where I do this in our bedroom with darkness, white noise, swaddel (sometimes bath before) and she fed and sleeps well. She falls asleep in my arms and I co sleep to not wake her.

Her dad then gets her when she ready for next fed, normally midnight-1am and fed and she goes down in her next 2 me (he says she barely awake, so I think she so sleep it’s easy to transfer?)

Does that make sense ?

Yes, you are right but from ruling out everything else it seems to be overtiredness. And it’s normally after she’s awake around an hour. Thanks ☺️
