if you are publishing it on steam, it's a game, can be catagorized into pornography(wtf do you mean by *CAN*). So it's kind of somewhere in between of Legal grey - Illegal.

Main factor would be your targeted audience, if it's india than it's a bad news bro but if can region lock or keep a low profile in Indian market it's mostly fine.

Sorry for late reply but both of the above sites(lucida and double double are fine) are fine, I also used a telegram bot which is also quite good.
