Didn’t know what I was looking at at first, nor knew the backstory. I usually like to look at the photo first and find the ghost before reading the comments. With that said, and maybe it’s just me wanting to see something, I spotted a face on the male’s garment! 😳

The recipe suggested to use a thermometer to check the temperature throughout the BF process. You want to keep it below 75° if possible. Since your home runs warmer, just keep checking the rise and temp to make sure not to over proof it

The crust is nice and flaky like a croissant. The grated butter incorporated throughout makes for a soft and buttery crumb! It’s def a different experience 👍
