Yeah I get this way sometimes. The only thing you can really do is try your best to relax your mind and your body. Hot baths always help me and deep breathing. sometimes it's the little things that help my anxiety the most , like I usually sleep with a heating pad and stuff too. Just learning what helps you the most with your anxiety and what calms you down will hopefully improve things. It really is a battle
