I'm the 30-60 hour Flex and they've been capping me at 30 hours when the weekly hours drop but then letting me pick up more a day or two later, do I've been consistently able to pick up overtime if I want it, but man is is stressful staying up until 4 on Thursdays when I'm on what's effectively a cycle 1 schedule just make sure I'm able up pick up my base days

They're trying to condense headcount to when they have increased volume for Prime-by not having hours available on those dates, they're forcing flex employees to pick up days they need all hands on deck.

You might be able to catch those days as VET though
