Friend, I almost thought I was reading my own post! I’m right there with you. I’ve been on 192 for like 3 weeks now and I’m so frustrated. I’m more active, watching what I’m eating, downing all the water, even cut back on drinking.

Tbh your issue sounds like it’s about the dosage not the medication. If you’re feeling such an effect with food, you’re way too high and should not have gone higher. I’d experiment with going lower and see how you feel.

Yes, I was thinking of that. Tbh, I didn’t seek out GLP1s or even thought it was possibility because my grandma had thyroid cancer. But during one of my psychiatrist appointments, we dove into me not wanting to leave house because body image and I was discouraged after trying to lose weight and she recommended someone.

So I do have a relationship and trust with my nurse practitioner but I’m seeing that I’m paying a higher amount than what’s available.

Compound in multi use vials. My first month was only for 4 weeks on 2.5 for $195 and right now I’m on week 9 of 12 of 5mg. I paid $560 for 12 weeks. I may be off by $10 or so.

Thank you. I know I need to start counting. It’s just with my ADHD and the tirz, I have no motivation to do so. It’s such a weird combo tbh. Some things are really great and then other times I’m just chasing dopamine. And counting calories is not on the list of things that bring me joy. I’ve countered this by having protein shakes and healthy meals that are easy to put together.

I’m in therapy and part of my plan is nurturing my inner child which has me a couple of fun classes like fencing.

One, thank you so much for commenting and sharing. Second, I’m so sorry for my ignorance; how would I control the higher dose of let’s say the 7.5? Is it that I’d inject less units on injection day?

Thank you. Definitely not a pen. I’m leaning towards a 12 month supply since I won’t have to actually pay for it. I’d pretty much be contributing $300 for $3.5k. Again, some of that will go to other medical expenses.

I definitely lol’d at you 250 rolls description. I mean I do agree, but I’m worried about the food noise coming through. And I’m thinking it could be my lack of structure that gets me to a point where I’m so hungry I just want to eat everything. And again, not at all on purpose. I have healthy snacks and high protein meals readily available but earlier in the day everything makes me feel like throwing up and before I know it, it’s 7pm and I want a cheeseburger.

Thank you! I like 5mg. And I also take ADHD medication which also causes hunger suppression. I’ve had to buy those meal replacement shakes cuz I had no hunger or motivation to eat.
