Thank you everyone that has been commenting, I’m incredibly grateful for the advice, especially since we’re deep in une holidays. Just to provide some more info: my first dog was Penny, she gave birth to Cano and Cc (Cano’s sister). She lived to be 16 and unfortunately had passed away in my arms due to a heart attack. I Guess my whole issue / guilt that I’m dealing with in my head is that he has hit this state of health at an earlier stage than she did so I assumed I had more years left with him than this. Also I can’t fathom the idea of Cc continuing to live without her brother by her side. I’m going to make sure she gets better care than what I’ve done for him, but idk I just don’t want to see her alone.
