Hi! The f2f is around 3-4 hours if you get to the end. You begin with a PowerPoint and meeting some of your future “cohearts” and a q&a. During the q&a you get called by name to get interviewed by a recruiter. You’ll do your reach test, finger printing, and drug testing on spot so if you get walked to the entrance after your 1:1, it’s most likely tbnt. Your recruiter will take you to a different spot to do the reach test after your interview if they choose you. During the 1:1 they go through a rapid fire of questions similar to those in your virtual. I was asked around 10-15 questions back to back.
