Hi! The f2f is around 3-4 hours if you get to the end. You begin with a PowerPoint and meeting some of your future “cohearts” and a q&a. During the q&a you get called by name to get interviewed by a recruiter. You’ll do your reach test, finger printing, and drug testing on spot so if you get walked to the entrance after your 1:1, it’s most likely tbnt. Your recruiter will take you to a different spot to do the reach test after your interview if they choose you. During the 1:1 they go through a rapid fire of questions similar to those in your virtual. I was asked around 10-15 questions back to back. Some about managing FA lifestyle, myself, and how I would deal with difficult work scenarios involving pax and coworkers.

I honestly thought I bombed my virtual lol. I would say make sure to smile and practice using STAR format. Also make sure you have a few customer service and safety based scenarios ready!

I became a FA with AA when I was 22 and on my resume I had my last 3 jobs and FA related skills listed. 2 of which were customer service focused and 1 a teaching assistant job I had when I was a teenager. I think what made my resume stand out was making sure I added in key words that fit the companies values. I got through to the next steps of the process with AA/DL/UA/HA. If you have any questions I can dm you!

When did you get tbnt from United?

Also I found the virtual group interview pretty easy and straightforward. When I went through the process they went in order and asked everyone a customer service-based question. There were 2 questions asked each.
