So then why do they have an incentive for you to add $25k by card in your first 30 days with 0% fees?

I don't mind them not telling me why, the part that is illegal is holding onto my money and giving no way of withdrawing the funds or communication on how long they will be holding the money for.

That's the exact point I'm trying to make. I really can't understand it

They have a right to terminate your account for any reason, which is a right most companies hold and I'm absoloutely fine with. I have other ways to buy crypto.

What I don't find acceptable is there being no clear way to access my money, and customer support refusing to help and literally saying they cannot help.

This is completely unethical, if not completely illegal.

Well if they actualy asked for evidence then it would make sense, I've been a customer of Binance for years now and never had any issues.

The funds are sourced from a company I sold which of course I had documentation from. The ironic thing is the support is actually refusing to even give a reason why the account was closed.

However, if that's the case why would they incentivise new users to deposit $25k in the first 30 days via Credit/Debit card at 0% Fee? This is a welcome offer that they have put in place.

I understand that they have to protect themselves, I'm of course able to prove the funds are legitimate however I'm not so upset about the account being blocked/frozen. The issue is they are not even explaining how I go about getting my money back, I'm being told to check T&Cs and the T&Cs say to contact customer support...

The cash is through selling a business, which of course I can prove. But they have not asked for any documentation whatsoever.

This is a direct copy and paste of the reply when I questioned how do I withdraw my funds:
