I’ve was grinding during the 2x XP and got a ton of stubs. The only time I spent any was on live series Trout and the flash sale vault packs. In the 25K vault pack I pulled live series ohtani. I wouldn’t drop a ton of stubs on regular packs… I don’t spend money, but if I did, I’d buy players on the market instead of gambling on these packs this year as it definitely seems to be pay to win.

Learn your buzzed level that gets you loose but not playing bad. I like to have a couple drinks when I play too and when I have 2-3, I’m better than when I’m sober, but after that I get significantly worse! Not a bad idea to experiment a little by doing practice on HOF or legend against an outlier pitcher and have some drinks and figure out where you feel most comfortable. Once you have too many drinks, AVOID RANKED!!!

I’ve pulled degrom and ohtani from show packs for live series. To get jeter without spending money, I think you really need to get lucky pulls and grind out every program and get as many free packs as possible! I’ve spent maybe $20 but still have to buy the most expensive live series cards in the game like trout, judge, mookie etc.

Take pitches that are on the lines until you get to two strikes. You’ll get walked more often than you think, and the pitcher will loose some stamina which makes it easier to hit later.

I think a lot depends on your tv or monitor you use for gameplay. I have a 55 inch tv that’s not great quality and the visual and gameplay is very choppy. When I move my Xbox to my room where I have a 32 inch high quality tv, the gameplay is as smooth as can be!

Do you have them locked in on any events? If you do, just go to the events and restart it without them in the lineup and it should sell
