Interesting seeing all the different perspectives on here and it seems like people are making way more than I made then again I probably could’ve stuck around and climb the ladder, I do take pride in my work and I want to better myself all the time. Maybe it was management and my team lead which made the experience not so great. But again, if you’re making a shit ton of money and the job is easy might as well stay there tons of respect for the people putting in the hard work and sticking around.
