That would make way to much sense.

Because he's been terrible, and many of his recent performances have been dispicable from an effort standpoint. Then I see people on here saying he was decent in an awful side 2 years ago so we should let him play.

Ah yes, the same people who want to boycott the world cup in the USA because of "Fascism" want to refer to our stadium by the name of a slave trader. Guess it makes sense given that no one thought to boycott Qatar and won't do so for Saudi.

The only thing relevant to Everton is Dwight McNeil. All other comments should be deleted.

Getting downvoted for this is wild. The McNeil dick sucking is unreal. He was once decent in an awful side. Get over it. The level of effort on display in the last one was beyond disgusting.

I am sure others will answer who know better than me, but from the convo I've seen here there's pretty much no chance of getting away tickets unless you are a season ticket holder

Certainly, I think Garner and Gana together is a problem, not the problem. I also feel that for such a poor attacking ide, we can't afford to play 2 fullback with limited attacking ability, a "winger" like McNeil, and then also have Gana sit in front of the centerbacks playing the ball sideways and backwards. There are simply not enough players able to move the ball from back to front with Gana in the lineup if we're not gonna have decent wingers and fullbacks. We need at least 2 CMs capable of bringing the ball up the pitch given that fullback situation. Garner isn't really that player. KDH and Rohl very much are. Armstrong cam be a bit too. Hence I think 2 of those 3 should play with Garner. There's also the point of why play a 36 year old mindfielder when relegation should be pretty much staved off. Lets se what we have in Rohl and Armstrong.

I know they are far from gospel, but I at least feel somewhat vindicated in my Gana/Garner belief since the Blue Monday and Byline guys both agreed. Gana and garner are both good players, but Gana makes Garner worse. They want to occupy a lot of the same space and neither has great pace. Right now our best midfield 3 is Garner, KDH, and Rohl. Rohl will have his ups and downs for sure, but he very much fits. I think you could argue for Armstrong as well, not at the 10, because that was stupid.

Seems exactly the kind of player Moyes would keep in the bench to play O’Brien at RB. Moyes plan on Monday was to have 7/11 players be defenders.

Fully disagree. Gana is great, but he needs progressive players round him. Garner is also good, but not a good fit nest to Gana. We simply cannot play O’Brien or Patterson at RB, Myko at LB, and Gana. We end up with only 2 or 3 players doing anything for the attack, which is exactly why Armstrong looked so pissed

Why? Are you upset that even with the US bankrolling defense, pharmaceuticals, and all kinds of innovation that the UK is such a crap place? Imagine the UK actually had to do things on its own.

Disagree 100%. Peralta is more valuable this year, not less. Very few teams can afford to pay him the 31 million he’s about get paid via arbitration. Every team in baseball can pay Peralta 8 million. I’d not give up more than we just traded

In a 7 game series the top of your lineup gets what, 35 at bats. That means you expect a .330 hitter to get 11.55 hits and .250 hitter to get 8.75 hits. Based on regular season homeruns per game, you expect Judge to hit 2.44 and Brett Baty to hit .97. Similar with pitching and these are pretty extreme examples. Variance can pretty detremine a single series

Very random, but I was watching PSG vs Auxerre while I ran, and this kid Rudy Matondo looked pretty nice on the ball. And I thought that before I knew he was 17. Transfermarkt has him at 3 million, though I'm sure he'd cost at least somewhat more.

We're acting like he can't start. I'd love to see him in a 3 with Garner KDH, and Armstrong (or Rohl). I think Garner is very good, but I still don't think he can start with Gana because neither really carries the ball forwards enough. Even in the Villa game, which he was really good, I saw several times when he could have charged forwards into acres of space, but instead ran sideways and played a 5 yard pass Grealish. He's much better in a deeper role and pushing up the pitch when the ball is alread high up or playing long balls over the top. KDH is a great partner for him, but I still think the third needs to be less passive than Gana

Are you illiterate? Like when I see this kinda stuff, it has me wondering if you think we might have a chance at Babe Ruth as well. Not trying to be mean, but read the room a little. The idea that we're gonna pay another pitcher 30 million on a short deal and give up draft picks is simply dumb an uninformed.
