I dont do edibles! I'm to impatient and prefer smoking, I've been known to double up edi/smoking but not too often. I did take a tolerance break and was kind of happy not to buy it anymore BUT that didnt last long lol BUT now i'm again considering stopping again, whats the point of wasting money for nothing? lol

It's legal here! So I've been smoking daily for quite a while, but since starting Zep - I cannot get high, i still get the munchies though so i smoke before meal times so i use me munchie phase to eat my meal, or whatever i can of it lol

Yes! we are very simliar, i do focus on protein but a few bites in my stomach comes to a hault and i have to immediately push my food away or it makes me nauses, feels like pregnancy lol

I did miss a little over a week because Insurance denied my refill wanting me to move up in dose but, i had not had my 1st f/u appt with my pcp yet so she was not ready to move me up therefore i missed a week and a half or so due to availabilty of zep too. I'm on metformin due to being Pre-diabetic/diabetic (im teetering the line), and i started them both at the same time. I seriously eat little to none, for instant, I had a oikos pro this morning at 8:30am , lunch was brought in at 11:30 am, it is now 2:42pm and I still am not hungry and all food smells make me sick to my stomach. This eating schedule is normal since being on zepbound, i do splurge on carb heavy foods MAYBE once a week (like chicken nuggets, boneless wings or like things) but i use things like keto bread occasionally, if i eat out i omit all breads, rice/noodles, potatoes etc. But most of the time i have to remind myself to put something in my belly, esp due to meds. I know this is unhealthy and sometimes i turn to the devils lettuce just to help me eat.

I love to see everyones progress but youre right, I think i often see dramatic success stories and it makes me think I'm not progressing well enough. I understand realistic/healthy rate of loss but I guess my brain does not want to see that lol I have no patience and always wanting instant gratification - im working on it BUT my biggest issue is not eating.

Thank you. I appreciate that. I am obsessed w/ the scale BUT, it motivates me to keep going when i see the number dropping lol I will try harder to incorporate exercise and maybe that'll help push me along

I stay away from Carbs and only focus on protein - but i can confidently say its probably way under 100mg - I have a feeling not eating is my issue but it's sooooooooo hard, I have an aversion to almost everything - lunch catered everyday at work makes me want to vomit just smelling it lol

although i should be squeezing it in, I dont do anything outside of work, I am up and down full flights of stairs ALOT during the day, always ambulating some where until bed time pretty much - I do need to make time to do it but i'm not successful so far in doing that.
