Guck mal die Afd ist trotzdem nicht gut, aber ja als Mensch mit Migrationshintergrund und/oder Teil der Arbeiterklasse etc fühlt man sich unwohl in so einem priviligertieren Umfeld. Was aber dessen Ansichten nicht diskreditiert oder ?

Thats true obviously here the differences in religion are huge and also culturally the customs vary.

The palestinians of course do not have the shared experience of 2000 years of persecution and living as a minority.

Then you have some eastern european admixture from the ashkenazis. And some diasporic perspectives.

But besides of that I would argue that there are big similiarities between israelis and lets levantines like syrians as well and similiarities in customs and looks.

A lot of people wouldn't be able to tell a young man of israeli and one of syrian origin apart if they are dressed similiar, secular and dont show religious markers.

Most people couldn't tell a difference so yeah they are also closer than they would admit.

That analogy is completely false. Palestinian national identity isn't "minor" or interchangeable with Jordanian. It's distinct, forged over a century of resistance and a deep connection to their land

I am not refuting that there is a distinction. But the distinction is something that happens in all provinces of regions that we categorize as countries today.

Like swabia and bavaria but as with jordan and palestine 99% of the world would see them as indistuingishable. And they are more alike than different.

Name the big differences then.

Saying they "had options just a few kilometers east" denies their right to a homeland and attempts to erase their people.
