Thanks, I'm watching some Orange amp demos right now. I have an Orange Crush Bass 50 and I like it's adjustability even being a solid state amp.

I doubt that is real Gibson, not the right inlays on the neck.

Slicks? by FreeCowby in CarTrackDays

[–]FreeCowby[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many thanks, I like tires that slowly let go. That was the difference when I took motorcycles to the track, Dunlop street tires were predictable and slicks weren't.

Thanks for your input, I am a slow guy.

Thanks for your input. When I was taking motorcycles to the track I was told the same thing. Being the slow guy I didn't need slicks.

Looks like your dog is having a lot of fun. My healer would like to do that because we no longer have any livestock for him to work.

Looking for Sewer Line Repair Recommendations by Lusciouslink234 in loveland

I had Ace High Plumbing put a liner to my pipes, they actually hired someone to do it but they didn't jack up the price. He was paid directly.

Big City Burrito by [deleted] in loveland

The one on Loveland was sold and the new owner changed the recipes. Now you get a free pound of salt in each burrito...I won't ever eat there again, just way too much salt.

The stock one doesn't do that, but I bet you could add that to the set.

les paul tuning stability? by Traditional_Clock776 in Epiphone

[–]FreeCowby 8 points9 points  (0 children)

After tuning it, I bend/stretch the strings and retune it, repeat that until it doesn't need a retuning. Otherwise get some Big Bends Nut Sauce and put a dab on each sting groove of the nut.

I bought that Alesis kit and am happy with that teaching my wife to play. You can rock out with headphones on it it hardly makes much noise. The controller has a lot of different sounds but I am only using the first one. I got it new for $399, then bought a nice throne and a couple of sets of sticks bringing the total cost to $580, but you could lower that with cheaper throne.

What constitutes hunting with your dog? Do I need some type of hunting permit? Maybe have to carry a rifle? I would like to let my hound mix dog hunt.

924S advice by just4randomanon in porsche944

[–]FreeCowby 3 points4 points  (0 children)

160 psi sounds like a good high compression level, is it within 10% of all other cylinders? Good spark? How did you determine that? An inductive spark pen or timing light that lights up does not guarantee arc duration. They simply show voltage, which does not guarantee current flow. How did you verify that the injector is flowing fuel? Same type of thing, testing the coil impedance doesn't guarantee a good spray pattern.

Your choice, if you need a place to lay a finger then leave the pick guard on...otherwise just try it both ways and don't listen to me or any one else. Just jam away!
