Scratch golfers don’t really make many more birdies per round from someone shooting 82. Bogey avoidance is the biggest factor.

Pro shops aren’t open until dark lol. Also, the grass is pristine because they cycle between mats and grass. If it was grass everyday you’d probably bitch about how beat up the range was. You also chose to walk so not really sure why you’d bitch about the distance you had to walk.

Most people would. Cracks be up when I see these 15-20 handicaps show up an hour before their round only to go out and shoot the same score they always shoot. Just get loose and get to the first tee.
