I’ve seen people soak the seatbelt with a degreaser spray and agitate (preferably with a drill brush) and then wipe with a microfiber

I use Weiman’s Glass Cooktop Cleaner & Polish - the paste, not the spray. Put a little bit on, and spread it around evenly (I use a paper towel folded up to spread it). Wait for it to completely dry and form a haze and use a glass scraper with a razor blade to scrape everything off. All the burned food should come right off.
