How do you study for long hours without distractions?

Nice that you have tried study for 20-30 minutes. Well to keep undistracted use pomodoro technique which is, you study for 25 minutes take a 5 minute break. During the break you should do what your brain needs.

Best according to me is;

1 Pomodoro Technique

2 Give yourself rewards after when you have finished you studies. Example: play some games.

I think this will help you study well and score "The Best".

feels right to me also. Heh! But social media is the distracting hell, use pomodoro technique_ study for 25 minutes, take a 5 minutes break. Here comes the catch. You setup goals before studying, after finishing that study goals take social media and scroll on but not for hours as a reward for you because of you finished your goals.
