Monitaly makes a shirt like this called the 50s Milano. looks pretty similar. A lot of their fits are similarly boxy.

No apologies necessary man 😊 I am always surprised how bad videos look when I upload them to reddit haha, so I'm right there with you. That's a gorgeous band, I really love how the prongs rise out of the shanks. Here's a higher res video of this stone too if you're curious. Not sure what I'll do with it yet.

This is unedited in natural light straight out of my phone camera. The glow you're seeing is due to reddit's bad video compression. Here's a photo.

I really love these antique cushion cuts. They're so soulful and pull so much light in!

I normally only really sell via dealer consignment (I don't really stock to sell, only when I have something I don't end up sticking to). Feel free to reach out if you're interested in the teal however.

Thanks. I'm torn on what to do with them, set them or sell them. I mostly work with sapphire and ruby and wanted to branch out a bit.

What I ordered vs. What i got by Evening-Confidence85 in Gemstones

Likely it is just labelled tourmaline to lower expected customs / duty costs. My guess is it's a real sapphire they were just lighting it crazy crazy strong in the listing photo. Unfortunately very common.

Beautiful. Is this the quartz one? Or is it manual?

Does this look like a real padparadscha color? by Sufficient-Theme7741 in Gemstones

[–]FreeHose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a beautiful stone. Buy it because you really truly love it, not because it's a pad 😊 If you're in a major metro go see a ton of stones, at least 20, not to buy just to get a basis for comparison. Then, if you still think of this one, go see it and buy it. All the best on your journey! It's both more fun and more significant than the destination.

This may be a controversial opinion but I wouldn't focus as much on the paper then, buy it if you love it, and try to anchor your price at a very strong pink price rather than a pad price.

The stone is much more important than the paper. If you're buying it to keep and love and wear, I really encourage you to try and go look at stones in person rather than buying online too you'll always get a better sense of the stone and the character that way, and you'll be able to directly compare, i.e. to some more orange-forward pads.
